1.      List three benefits for children when parents and teachers work together as partners.
1.1.1.      Increase security in the new school environment- children feel safe and warm like staying at home when they see their parents with them and also parent will not have to be worry about their child far away from home.
1.1.2.      Parents and teacher work together increase children self-worth seeing that teacher value and respect their parents. This makes the children relaxed and more comfortable when they are around the teachers.
1.1.3.      Increase number of helpful responses, and success in appropriate learning experiences- Children can receive knowledge and consistent responses from both of their parents and teachers who will make sure that the children will get the best and most accurate answers as much as possible.
2.      List three benefits for parents when parents and teachers work together as partners.
2.1.   Parents are feeling of support in the difficult task of parenting. For example, the first time parent who needs a supporter to help changing a diaper.
2.2.   Parents are able to gain some knowledge and skill from teachers to help them in child-rearing. For example, the teachers use their knowledge and skill to suggest the parent how to handle their child’s behavior.
2.3 Teachers are able to give parents positive feedback to enhance their parental self-esteem and feel important part of their child’s life. Especially, the first time parents who are easy to get frustration and sometime not sure if they have taken care of their child in the right way. Receiving positive feedback from the teacher would help them be more confident playing in the parental role.
3.      List three benefits for teachers when parents and teachers work together as partners. 
3.1.   Teachers can increase their knowledge of each child and be more effective by exchanging information with parents regarding the child’s background and needs.
3.2.   Teachers are feeling of confident and professional in working toward their interest when receive positive feedback from parents.
3.3.    Teachers who don’t have a child can learn and gain knowledge from experience parents regarding the child’s behavior outside of the classroom.
